Terms Of Service

I primarily communicate via Discord.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information so I can keep you updated on your commission’s progress. (I can also communicate via Instagram, Tumblr, Bluesky, and lastly emails.)
Response Times:
I aim to respond to inquiries and updates within 1-3 business days. Please be patient during busy periods.
Client Responsibility:
It is your responsibility to provide clear references and instructions for your commission (please pin these instructions awaiting your turn).
- Miscommunication or lack of detail may result in delays or additional fees for overcorrections.1.) Permissions
As the Artist I retain copyright over my creation and reserve the right to post commissioned work on social media platforms, art galleries, or as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
If you would like your commission to remain private (e.g., not posted on social media or used in portfolios), please let me know in advance. An additional fee may apply for private commissions due to missed promotional opportunities.2.) Deposit
Secure Your Spot - To reserve your place in my commission queue, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your order. This deposit ensures your spot and allows me to begin work on your commission when it is your turn.
Full Payment - Once I’ve completed the sketch phase of your commission, the remaining balance must be paid before I proceed with finalizing the artwork. If you prefer, you are welcome to pay the full amount upfront for convenience and peace of mind. This is entirely optional and not required.
PayPal and Cashapp only -
Payments are accepted via PayPal and CashApp only. For PayPal transactions, invoices will be sent directly through PayPal’s secure system. For CashApp payments, please ensure you send funds only to my verified account. . .
(Exception: You feel it is safer using protected mail-in written check for a suit comm)3.) I will not do commissions in another artist style.
My style varies quite, so I have a lot of examples for you all to see, If there is a specific style of mine that you like; please specify. Prices vary depending on piece to piece.4.) Turnaround Times & Deadlines
Estimated Timeframe:
Commissions are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Depending on the complexity of the piece, my current workload, and other factors, the estimated turnaround time may range from 2 to 4 weeks per client. I will communicate any delays.
Rush Orders:
If you need your commission completed by a specific date (e.g., for a gift or event), please let me know in advance. Rush orders may incur an additional fee depending on the timeframe.
No Guaranteed Deadlines Without Agreement:
I cannot guarantee specific deadlines unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.5.) Revisions Policy
Sketch Phase Revisions:
During the sketch phase, you are entitled to revisions free of charge up to 2 weeks.
Final Artwork Revisions:
Minor adjustments to the final artwork (e.g., changing hard lines, adding small items (e.g., earrings, color corrections) are allowed within 7 days after delivery. Major changes requiring redrawing significant portions of the artwork will require additional payment.
- All mistakes missed on a Sona in commission explicitly stated or otherwise shown on ref sheet will be covered without additional cost up to a week after delivery.
Revision Limitations:
I reserve the right to decline revisions that conflict / alter the agreed-upon concept w/o additional payment after 7 days of delivery.6.) Cancellation & Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your commission before I begin work on it, your deposit will not be refunded. If work has already started, refunds will be issued based on the amount of work completed at my discretion.
Artist-Initiated Cancellations:
If I am unable to complete your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund regardless of the stage of completion.
No Refunds After Completion:
Once the final artwork has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Liability:
Once the final artwork is completed, I am not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from its use (e.g., printing errors by third-party services).
I am also not liable for delays caused by factors outside my control (e.g., technical issues, emergencies).

- Proship - NonCon/SA - (Trans/Homo/Xeno)phobic content- I do not accept commissions or requests that depict real-life wars, tragedies, or events in a way that is disrespectful, insensitive, or glorifies violence and suffering. This includes any content that trivializes the experiences of those affected by these events.

Usage Rights
For Personal Use Only:
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all commissions are for personal use only. This means you may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell my artwork in any form (e.g., prints, merchandise) without prior written permission and payment of applicable licensing fees. However, posting your commissioned piece on your social media platforms is 100% okay! :3 just remember to tag me.
Commercial Use:
If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., branding, merchandise, promotional materials), please discuss this with me beforehand. Commercial use will incur additional fees based on the scope of use.
Prohibited Uses:
My work may not be used for AI training datasets, NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchain-related projects, or any other speculative technologies without explicit written consent.

Q&A
Q: Why the 50/50 Split?
A: It safeguards me as the artist from potential art theft or misuse of my work in AI and other mediums. It also provides reassurance to clients, especially new ones.Q: Why does your TOS mention not creating insensitive depictions of wars or working with certain ideologies?
A: In light of the rise in online xenophobia and extremist ideologies, including neo-Nazi and white supremacist content, I include this clause to ensure my work remains respectful and inclusive. This policy enforces a strict DNI with individuals or groups promoting hate, racism, or harmful historical revisionism (i.e., distorting history to serve ideological goals). Thank you for understanding.
